Every industry is subject to supervision by local, regional and state regulatory entities which require compliance with different environmental obligations based on current and applicable regulations. This is how different environmental components (matrices) are defined, which are elements and/or natural resources that the productive activity must protect and ensure their conservation. These environmental components are: water, air, noise, vibrations, sediments, among others. Each of these are subdivided into various subcomponents to which monitoring is applied under different methodologies.
Environmental Monitoring to comply with internal environmental commitments and/or regulated by environmental authorities in matrices such as air, noise, vibrations, marine currents, surface water, groundwater, seawater, continental sediments, marine sediments.
Collection of information in the field on established physical components.
Sampling according to current protocols and regulations. Reporting of field results.
Laboratory analysis of samples and issuance of results.
Analysis and interpretation of results of all evaluations performed according to the periodicity of each component (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually).
